βœ… What Can Be Returned

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for the following items only:

  • T-Shirts

  • Hoodies

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • No signs of wear (fragrances, deodorant marks, pet hair, etc.)

You are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are issued only for the item(s) returned, not for original shipping fees.


❌ What Can’t Be Returned

All other products (including hats, beanies, patches, stickers, gear-items, PVC items, custom merch, etc) are final sale unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There is a production defect

  • You receive the wrong item

If any of the above applies, email us within 7 days of delivery at ProactiveConceptsLLC@gmail.com with clear photos and your order number.

We offer size exchanges within 15 days of delivery for:

  • T-Shirts

  • Hoodies

To qualify, items must be unworn and in their original condition. If the exchange is denied due to visible wear or damage, you will be contacted with the option to have the item returned to you (All Exchange-related shipping fee applies at a 50% discount).


πŸ’₯ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us at ProactiveConceptsLLC@gmail.com within 7 days

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back

Once received and verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, based on inventory availability.


🚫 Denied Returns or Exchanges

If your item is returned or exchanged and doesn’t meet the criteria:

  • We’ll notify you and offer to return the item back to you

  • Return shipping for denied items is your responsibility (50% discounted shipping fee applies)


❗ Cancellations

Orders may be canceled for a full refund if requested before the order is processed. Once processing begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud

  • Intent to resell merchandise

  • Incorrect or incomplete order details
