📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, but in rare cases, processing may take up to 5–7 business days. During peak seasons, sales events, or product drops, fulfillment times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
🕒 Shipping Times
Our shipping timelines are based on USPS delivery estimates and may vary due to external factors such as:

High postal volume

Regional delays
Once your order is handed off to USPS (or another carrier), we are not responsible for shipping delays that fall outside of the estimated delivery window shown at checkout.
🔁 Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update in the carrier’s system.
📍 Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is correct at checkout.
If you notice an error:

If the order hasn't been processed, we’ll gladly update the shipping info.

If the order has already been processed/shipped, we are not liable for delivery issues.
📦 Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to being unclaimed, insufficient address, or undeliverable for any reason, we will contact you with two options:
1) Reship your items at a discounted shipping rate (50%)
2) Refund your order minus the original shipping cost
🚫 Package Marked Delivered, But Not Received
If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:
- Due to the fact that Proactive Concepts has no control over the delivery of an order once it has been handed over to the Postal Service; our guidance, in accordance with the Postal service, is as follows:
- The first step would be for the customer to file an inquiry through the Postal Service, which would prompt the Postal Service to attempt to locate your package.
- After approximately 1-3 days, based on the Postal Service’s results, you can then go online to the United States Postal Service website and file a claim for your order.
- You will be asked to provide basic information that is easily obtained through the email order confirmation provided by Proactive Concepts when you place an order and it is processed.
- It’s also recommended that you get with neighbors and room mates to see if it may have been misplaced or accidentally taken.
Please note: We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages once marked as delivered. We strongly recommend delivering to a secure address or using USPS Informed Delivery for updates.
📦 Lost or Stuck Packages (U.S. Only)
If your tracking shows no updates for 7+ days, and your order hasn’t arrived within 15–60 days of shipment, notify us.

If you're within that window, we'll file a USPS claim on your behalf.

If approved, we’ll either reship your items (if in stock) or issue a full refund.

If you wait longer than 60 days without notifying us, the package will be considered forfeited.
🛑 Cancellations
You may cancel your order any time before it’s processed by emailing ProactiveConceptsLLC@gmail.com.
We also reserve the right to cancel orders if:

Fraudulent activity is suspected

Merchandise is suspected to be resold

There are major issues with the order
We’ll make every effort to contact you before canceling an order, but this is not always guaranteed.
📦 Carrier Substitutions
USPS is our primary shipping carrier, but we may use UPS or FedEx when needed to ensure quicker or more secure delivery.
📬 Split Shipments
If an item in your order is delayed or stocked separately, it may ship in multiple packages. You’ll receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
⚠️ Delays from Weather or External Events
We are not liable for shipping delays caused by:

Carrier strikes or supply chain disruptions
🔐 Package Theft
We are not liable for packages stolen after they’ve been marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ship to a secure location and consider using USPS Informed Delivery if available in your area.
